The Portland Police Museum is open to the public Tuesdays through Fridays from 10:00am to 3:00pm

Since the museum is housed
in the Justice Center, strict security guidelines are in place. All persons 18 years and older must have photo identification. No sharp objects, explosives of any kind or weapons can be taken into
the building. If the City of Portland is on a national alert
that is represented by the color orange or the color red, the museum
will be closed until further notice.
From the East:
From Interstate Highway 84 as it approaches Interstate Highway 5, take the I5 exit on the center-left toward Salem stay in the right lane to take the City Center/Morrison exit over the Willamette River. Take a left on 3rd Avenue. Follow Third southbound to Madison then take another left. Follow Madison westbound toward the Willamette River and pay to use Starpark on your right between 1st and 2nd Avenue, or pay to use the adjacent open lot on your left, meters are available if you can find one. The museum is on the 16th floor of the Justice Center on 2nd Street between Madison and Morrison.
From the West:
Take US 26 E toward Portland. Exit using the Market St. exit toward City Center. Stay straight to go onto Market Street. Turn left (south) onto SW 10th avenue. Turn right (west) onto SW Columbia Street. Turn left (south) onto SW 2nd Avenue and end at the Justice Center at 1111 SW 2nd. Pay to use Starpark between 1st and 2nd Avenue, or pay to use the adjacent open lot directly in front of the Justice Center. Meters are available if you can find one. The museum is on the 16th floor of the Justice Center on 2nd Avenue between Madison and Morrison.
From the North:
From I5 South toward Portland, take the OR-99E-exit number 300B toward OMSI/US26E/Oregon City. Take the ramp toward City Center/Morrison Street. Turn right onto the Morrison Bridge and cross the Willamette River. Take a left (south) onto 3rd Avenue. Follow 3rd to Madison and take a right (west). Follow Madison westbound toward the Willamette River and pay to use Starpark on your right between 1st and 2nd Avenue, or pay to use the adjacent open lot on your left. Meters are available if you can find one. The museum is on the 16th floor of the Justice Center on 2nd Avenue between Madison and Morrison.
From the South:
Take I5 North to Portland. Take the I-405 exit number 299B on the left toward City Center/US-26 W/Beaverton. Take exit number 1A on the left toward Naito Parkway/National Historic District. Stay straight to go onto SW Harbor Drive. Turn slight left onto Clay Street/US 26 West. Turn right onto SW 2nd Avenue. You can pay to use Starpark on your right between 1st and 2nd Avenue, or pay to use the adjacent open parking lot directly across 2nd from the Justice Center. Meters are available if you can find one. The museum is on the 16th floor of the Justice Center on 2nd Avenue between Madison and Morrison.
